Yogurt Parfait
This pretty little dish tastes as good as it looks, whether it's for breakfast, a snack, or dessert.
Ingredients
- 2 cups yogurt plain, Greek
- 1 cup granola
- 1 cup strawberry fresh
- 1 cup blueberries fresh
- coconut flakes optional
- 2 tablespoons honey
Instructions
- Wash and slice strawberries. Wash blueberries.
- In a glass or jar, layer 1/4 cup of yogurt, followed by a layer of granola, then a layer of strawberries and blueberries. Repeat the layers until the glass is filled.
- Sprinkle the parfaits with coconut flakes and drizzle some honey on top.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to enjoy.
