Yogurt Parfait

This pretty little dish tastes as good as it looks, whether it's for breakfast, a snack, or dessert.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups yogurt plain, Greek
  • 1 cup granola
  • 1 cup strawberry fresh
  • 1 cup blueberries fresh
  • coconut flakes optional
  • 2 tablespoons honey

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Wash and slice strawberries. Wash blueberries.
  2. In a glass or jar, layer 1/4 cup of yogurt, followed by a layer of granola, then a layer of strawberries and blueberries. Repeat the layers until the glass is filled.
  3. Sprinkle the parfaits with coconut flakes and drizzle some honey on top.
  4. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to enjoy.
