- Below are the main components for an elevated yogurt parfait bowl- choose at least a couple from each category to build a great bowl! Choosing high quality options will really elevate this dish.
- yogurt like Noosa Honey or Vanilla, high quality
- berries sliced bananas, cherries, tropical fruit, fresh fruit
- granola toasted coconut, pumpkin seeds, chia seeds, hemp hearts, toasted nuts, crunchy toppings
- natural nut butters maple syrup, honey, agave syrup, berry sauce, for drizzling
Instructions
- These can be served in shallow bowls, or in jars.
- Start with a large dollop of yogurt as a base.
- Top with fresh fruit of your choice.
- Sprinkle the crunchy toppings on.
- Drizzle with nut butter, syrup, etc.
Notes
- The quality of the granola makes a huge difference. I love Purely Elizabeth brand, and Private Selection (Kroger brand) has a few that taste like actual crumbled cookies. I love the ones with chocolate chunks for a little added indulgence.
