Ingredients

  • Below are the main components for an elevated yogurt parfait bowl- choose at least a couple from each category to build a great bowl! Choosing high quality options will really elevate this dish.
  • yogurt like Noosa Honey or Vanilla, high quality
  • berries sliced bananas, cherries, tropical fruit, fresh fruit
  • granola toasted coconut, pumpkin seeds, chia seeds, hemp hearts, toasted nuts, crunchy toppings
  • natural nut butters maple syrup, honey, agave syrup, berry sauce, for drizzling

Instructions

  1. These can be served in shallow bowls, or in jars. 
  2. Start with a large dollop of yogurt as a base. 
  3. Top with fresh fruit of your choice. 
  4. Sprinkle the crunchy toppings on. 
  5. Drizzle with nut butter, syrup, etc. 

Notes

  • The quality of the granola makes a huge difference.  I love Purely Elizabeth brand, and Private Selection (Kroger brand) has a few that taste like actual crumbled cookies. I love the ones with chocolate chunks for a little added indulgence.
