Ingredients

  • 1 ounce bag strawberry frozen
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt full fat
  • ½ cup milk
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1 ounce bag blueberries frozen
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt full-fat, full fat
  • ½ cup milk
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon ground ginger optional
Chocolate Banana Yogurt Popsicles
  • 2 banana frozen, ripe
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt full-fat, full fat
  • ½ cup milk
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • ¼ cup cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pineapple Yogurt Popsicles
  • 1 ounce bag pineapple frozen chunks
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt full-fat, full fat
  • ½ cup milk
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon coconut shredded
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and process for 1 to 2 minutes, or until completely smooth.
  2. Transfer the mixture to a popsicle mold, then add wooden sticks, or the sticks that come with your mold.
  3. Set in the freezer for at least 8 hours, then remove from mold. If you are having a hard time getting the pops out, you can run the mold under warm water for a few moments to help loosen them.

  • Use full-fat Greek yogurt for best creamy texture in popsicles.
  • Run popsicle molds briefly under warm water to loosen frozen pops before removing.
  • Adjust sweeteners to taste depending on the sweetness of your fruit and preference.
