  • 18 ounces seafood mix I used crab, shrimp, and squid
  • 5.3 ounces ground pork optional
  • 3.5 ounces tomatoes sliced
  • 1/2 cup onion sliced
  • 1/2 cup celery roughly chopped
  • 4 Chilies add to taste
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons fish sauce
  • 3 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon white sugar

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Clean your seafood and chop your vegetables. Crush your garlic and chilies with a mortar and pestle.
  2. In a big bowl, mix the garlic-chili paste with lime juice, fish sauce, and sugar until well mixed.
  3. Fill a pan with water and bring it to a boil. Add in the minced pork and cook until it’s done. Drain it and add it to your dressing bowl.
  4. Do the same with the seafood: quick boil, drain, and then into the bowl it goes. Stir everything together and make sure the dressing is well mixed with the meat and seafood.
  5. Add your prepped vegetables and give it a good toss. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
