- ½ cup (100 grams, 3.52 ounces) Mayonnaise such as Japanese mayo
- 3 tablespoons (60 grams, 2.12 ounces) Tomato Sauce/ketchup
- 2 teaspoons rice vinegar
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon butter melted
- ⅛ teaspoon garlic powder
- ⅛ teaspoon onion powder
- Pinch of granulated sugar or to taste
- Pinch of salt or to taste
- 2-3 tablespoons water optional
Instructions
- In a small to medium sized mixing bowl place the mayo, tomato sauce, rice vinegar, paprika, melted butter, garlic powder, onion powder, sugar, and salt.Mix together until well combined.
- Taste for seasoning, and add more salt and sugar if desired.
- If you want your sauce to be thinner in consistency, add a bit of water and mix through until it reaches your desired consistency.Serve immediately or refrigerate covered until chilled.
