Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons zaatar seasoning
  • 1 large head cauliflower cut into thin florets

  1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit (190 degrees Celsius).
  2. Place the oil and zaatar in a large bowl. Whisk until well combined.
  3. Add the cauliflower and toss well.
