Zucchini Sticks

Zucchini Sticks are strips of zucchini coated in seasoned flour, dipped in egg wash, then coated with a mixture of seasoned breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese before frying until golden. The result is a crispy exterior with a tender zucchini interior. These sticks are served warm with marinara sauce for dipping, making a light, crunchy appetizer or snack with a savory cheese flavor.
