This ultra cheesy baked chicken is as easy as it is delicious! With just a few ingredients and minutes of prep you will have a delicious dinner baking in the oven.

Ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken breast thin
- 6 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup Monterey jack cheese
- 1/4 cup Hellmann's Mayonnaise
- 1 clove garlic pressed
- salt and pepper to taste
Garnish (optional)
- green onions
- parsley
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400˚F
- In a medium sized bowl, mix cream cheese, half of the cheddar cheese, half of the monterey jack cheese, Hellmann's mayonnaise, and garlic together until combined.
- Place the chicken breast in a baking dish and season on both sides with salt and pepper. Spread the cheese mixture over top and finish by sprinkling the remaining cheddar and monterey jack over evenly.
- Bake for 20-30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through (165˚F internal temperature)
- Garnish with chopped parsley or green onions and serve hot!
