  • 12.7 oz. protein blend Birds Eye® Southwest Style, bagged
  • 1 butter lettuce leaves peeled off, washed and dried, head
  • 1 cup cherry tomato diced
  • 1 avocado diced*

Instructions

  1. Cook Style Birds Eye® Protein Blend Southwest Style according to package directions
  2. Lay lettuce leaves on serving dish
  3. Spoon 2 tablespoons of Birds Eye® Protein Blends Southwest Style into each lettuce leaf
  4. If garnishing, top with tomatoes and avocado
  5. Enjoy!
