Description
This smoothie mixes frozen blueberries, sliced banana, peeled kiwis, and chopped apple with the juice of half a lime and coconut water. Ingredients
- 60 g blueberries frozen
- 1 banana medium, peeled & sliced
- 2 kiwi peeled & roughly chopped
- 1 apple peeled, cored and chopped
- lime juice of half a lime
- 100 coconut water
Instructions
- Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour into 2 small glasses.
Notes
- If using a high-speed blender, you can leave the apple skins on for added fiber.
- Adjust the amount of coconut water to thin the smoothie if needed, depending on the size of the banana used.
