Ingredients
- 1/3 cup dried hibiscus flowers
- 4 cups water
- 1/3 cup honey or sugar
- 1 lime sliced or cut into wedges

Instructions
- Bring 4 cups of water to a boil, add the hibiscus flowers, and turn off the heat. Let steep for 30 minutes, then strain out the flowers. Stir in the honey until dissolved. Chill.
- Serve over ice with a fresh squeeze of lime juice.
