Instructions
- Cut small slits in one side of the hot dog. This is for appearance and optional.
- Place hot dogs in an air fryer basket and cook at 390 degrees Fahrenheit for 4-6 minutes.
- Remove hot dogs and place in buns. Return to the air fryer and cook at 390 degrees Fahrenheit for an additional 2-3 minutes or until buns are toasted.
- Remove and top with your favorite toppings.
Notes
- Feel free to add a rub or seasoning mix onto the hot dogs before air frying them.
- Always store the leftover hot dog buns separately from the hot dogs. Then you can reheat them later!
- Don’t overload your air fryer. If you have a smaller model, then you may need to only cook a few hot dogs at a time. There needs to be space for the hot air to circulate around the hot dogs.
