These copycat Taco Bell taquitos in the air fryer are an easy snack to make for all types of occasions. All you need are four easy ingredients and a few minutes to roll them up.

Ingredients
- 8 flour tortillas
- 2 cups chicken cooked and shredded
- 2 tablespoon taco seasoning
- 2 cups shredded Colby jack cheese
Instructions
- Gather the ingredients to make taquitos together.
- Place the chicken in a bowl and add the taco seasoning.
- Mix up to spread the seasoniong throughout all the chicken.
- Top each tortilla with ¼ cup of shredded chicken evenly over the top.
- Repeat with ¼ cup of cheese.
- Tightly roll them and place them seam side down on the counter or a tray.
- Place rolled taquitos seam side down, 4 at a time, in a greased air fryer basket.
- Cook at 400ºF for 6 minutes or until tops begin to brown.
- Remove them from the air fryer.
- Serve with your choice of salsa, sour cream, or guacamole
- Eat and enjoy!
Notes
- Expert Tips:
- Don't overstuff the tortillas with chicken and cheese, this makes them more difficult to roll.
- Place the taquitos into the air fryer seam side down so they don't come in open while cooking.
- Don't crowd the taquitos in the air fryer basket. Leave plenty of room for the air to circulate around the taquitos for the best results.
