Apple Cider Ice Cream Slushy

Creamy, slushie, fizzy, and full of flavor! This recipe involves eyeballing- I'll give you approximates, just adjust to your tastes! Note: I use an ice shaver to create my slushy. If you don't have one, feel free to simply make this drink without it, or you could place some apple cider in a blender with ice cubes and process until slushy.

Ingredients
- vanilla ice cream
- apple cider not juice, fresh
- Caramel Syrup coffee syrup, like torani, flavored
- soda water or apple soda
- coffee creamer flavored, optional; or half and half
- caramel sauce optional
Instructions
- Place one scoop of vanilla ice cream in a cup.
- Fill cup mostly full (about 3/4 the way up ) with shave ice
- Pour apple cider in cup until it reaches about half-way
- Add a little shot of caramel coffee syrup (about 1/2-1 tablespoon depending on the size of your cup)
- Fill cup almost to top with your fizzy beverage of choice.
- Add a drizzle of creamer.
- Finish off with a drizzle of caramel sauce/caramel topping.
