This apple cider Moscow mule is the perfect fall cocktail. Made with lime, mint, vodka, apple cider, and a touch of spicy ginger beer. You'll love this flavor-packed cocktail!

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon lime juice fresh
- 2 mint leaves
- 2 ounces vodka
- 2 ounces apple cider
- 3 ounces ginger beer spicy variety
Instructions
- In the bottom of a cocktail glass or mule glass add lime juice and mint leaves.
- Lightly muddle the leaves to release some of the mint flavors.
- Fill the glass with ice.
- Pour in the vodka and apple cider and gently stir.
- Top with ginger beer and gently stir.
- If desired, garnish with apple slices, lime wedges, cinnamon sticks, and whole star anise.
