Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1 cabbage shredded (you may combine half of green and red cabbage, medium
  • 1 carrot julienned, large
  • 1 Spanish onion sliced, medium
  • 1/4 cup parsley minced
  • 2 pieces apple julienned, Granny Smith variety
  • 1 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper ground

Instructions

  1. Make the dressing by combining vinegar, honey, mayonnaise, salt, and ground black pepper. Mix well. Set aside.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine cabbage, apples, onion, parsley, and carrots.
  3. Pour-in the dressing and toss until the vegetables are coated.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
  5. Serve. Share and enjoy!
