  • 4 egg large
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt organic
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup sugar
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour see note
  • 3 apple any variety, peeled, medium
  • powdered sugar optional, for dusting

Notes

  • *Feel free to substitute a cup-to-cup gluten-free flour blend for the all-purpose flour.
  • To double the recipe, bake in a 9x13 inch pan.
