Apricot Ham and Cheese Sandwich

This ham and cheese sandwich recipe is given a sweet twist with apricot preserves and sweet Hawaiian sliced bread, perfect for an easy lunch!

  • 2 slices King’s Hawaiian Sweet Sliced Bread
  • 2 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1 cup thinly sliced ham
  • 2 tbsp apricot preserves

Instructions

  1. Place one slice of cheese on each slice of bread, then top with the ham.
  2. Place the apricot preserves in the middle.
  3. Sandwich together.
  4. For the hot version, grill the sandwich with a little butter spread on each slice of bread on the stove top or in a panini press
