Ingredients
- 2 slices King’s Hawaiian Sweet Sliced Bread
- 2 slices Swiss cheese
- 1 cup thinly sliced ham
- 2 tbsp apricot preserves

Instructions
- Place one slice of cheese on each slice of bread, then top with the ham.
- Place the apricot preserves in the middle.
- Sandwich together.
- For the hot version, grill the sandwich with a little butter spread on each slice of bread on the stove top or in a panini press
