This rich walnut blue cheese pesto combines arugula with blue cheese and walnuts for a bold, creamy sauce, perfect for serving on top of grilled steak!

Ingredients
- 2 cups arugula
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- ¼ cup walnuts
- ¼ cup blue cheese crumbled
- ¼ cup green onions chopped
- ½ tsp ground black pepper
- 1/3 cup olive oil

Instructions
- Add all of the ingredients, except the olive oil, to a food processor.
- Turn the food processor on then slowly pour the olive oil in through the top of the food processor with the machine still running.
- Blend until a creamy sauce forms.
