Ingredients
- 15 lices white bread
- 1 pound Bacon not thick-sliced
- 10.5 ounce can condensed cream of mushroom soup
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F.
- Remove the crusts from each piece of bread, then slice each piece in half.
- Cut all of the slices of bacon in half. Use a butter knife or cheese spreader to spread cream of mushroom soup on both sides of each piece of bread, then lay each one on a half strip of bacon.
- Roll the bacon up with the bread, then secure it with a toothpick. Repeat until you've made 30 bacon roll ups.
- Place the bacon roll ups on a foil-lined baking sheet and into the oven for 10 minutes. Remove them from the oven, flip the roll ups, then return them to the oven for another 10 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy on the outside.
Notes
- You can make the roll ups ahead of time and store them in the fridge for up to 24 hours before baking them.
- Once the rolls are cooked, you can reheat them in the oven or in an air fryer.
- To reheat them in an air fryer, place them in a single layer in an air fryer basket and cook at 400°F for 4-5 minutes. The roll ups will be hot and the bacon will be crispy!
- To reheat them in the oven, turn your oven on to 400°F (convection if you have it, this will help crisp up the bacon). Place the roll ups in a single layer on a baking sheet and reheat for 3 minutes, flip and reheat for an additional 3-5 minutes, or until the bacon is hot and crispy.
