Baked Peanut Butter Nutella Donuts

Baked Peanut Butter Nutella Donuts combine cocoa-flavored dough enriched with peanut butter and Nutella for a moist, tender result. The doughnuts are baked, not fried, yielding a lighter texture with a chocolate-tinged crumb. A Nutella glaze topped with sprinkles adds a glossy, sweet finishing touch that complements the rich cocoa base.

Description

This recipe mixes plain flour, caster sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt for the dry ingredients with buttermilk, eggs, peanut butter, melted Nutella, and butter forming the wet batter. The batter is portioned into doughnut molds and baked at 180°C (350°F) until a skewer inserted comes out clean. Cooling before removal preserves shape and texture.

Once cooled, the doughnuts are dipped in melted Nutella to form a glaze, then decorated with colorful sprinkles for added visual appeal and sweetness. The baked method avoids the heaviness of frying while maintaining flavor richness from the peanut butter and Nutella.

This preparation suits those seeking a sweet chocolatey treat with a smooth peanut butter accent, suitable as a snack or dessert served alongside coffee or milk.
