Baked Pepper Jack Cheese Dip

{Baked} Pepper Jack Cheese Dip is an easy and yummy appetizer that goes great with soft pretzels, or is good as a fish taco topping!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound pepper jack cheese shredded
  • 1 pound cheddar cheese shredded sharp
  • 3 cups milk I used 1%
  • 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Soft pretzels chips, fish tacos, dippers

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  2. Melt the butter in a heavy sauce pan
  3. Add the flour, and whisk to combine
  4. Let the flour cook for 1 minute
  5. Slowly whisk in the milk and continue whisking until milk thickens
  6. Add cheeses and continue to whisk until cheeses are melted and sauce is smooth
  7. Place into a baking dish and bake for about 15 minutes, or until the top beings to brown
  8. Enjoy with soft pretzels, chips, or fish tacos
