  • 1 1/2 pounds large shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Transfer the shrimp to the prepared baking dish in a single layer and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
  4. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the shrimp are pink and opaque. Serve with lemon wedges.
