Baked Shrimp Dip

Baked Shrimp Dip is a creamy, cheesy, and flavorful appetizer loaded with shrimp and baked in the oven until hot, golden, and bubbly. Serve it with crackers or crostini for your next game-day gathering or party!

Ingredients

  • 1 package cream cheese softened
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 pinch red pepper flakes
  • 1 tablespoon garlic minced
  • 1 medium lemon juiced (about 2 tablespoons
  • 1 package Shrimp peeled, deveined, thawed, chopped, frozen, cooked, small, 12 ounces
  • 1 ½ cups mozzarella cheese shredded, divided
  • parsley chopped for garnish
  • crackers for serving, or crostini

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Spray an 8 x 8-inch oven-safe skillet with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, garlic, and lemon juice. Mix well.
  3. Fold in shrimp and 1 cup mozzarella cheese.
  4. Add the mixture to the prepared skillet. Top with remaining mozzarella cheese.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden and bubbly. (When first removed from the oven, the dip may be runny. However, it will thicken up as it cools.)
  6. Garnish with parsley.
  7. Serve with crackers and/or crostini. Enjoy!
