                                Ingredients
- 1 lb ground turkey
 - 1 medium onion grated
 - 3 cloves garlic minced
 - 1 egg
 - 1 tsp dried oregano
 - 1 tsp lemon zest
 - 1 tsp Aleppo pepper
 - 1 tsp cumin
 - 1 tsp salt
 - 2 tsp dried dill
 - 2 tbsp all purpose flour

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and coat a baking sheet with cooking spray.
 - In a large bowl, mix ground turkey, grated onion, minced garlic, egg, oregano, lemon zest, Aleppo pepper, cumin, salt and dried dill. Add the flour and mix again until combined.
 - Scoop out the meatballs and place them on the baking sheet.
 - Bake the meatballs in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes until fully cooked.
 - Serve with pita bread, cucumber, tomato and tzatziki sauce.

Notes
- To make these ahead of time: Make the meatball mixture, refrigerate for up to 2 days and bake when you’re ready.
 - Freezing instructions: Scoop out the meatballs and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Freeze for one hour until they’re firm and then store them in a sealed freezer bag. Freeze for up to 3 months. To bake, thaw the meatballs in the fridge and bake as instructed.
 - Leftovers: Store the leftovers in an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 3 days.
 - To make sure all the meatballs are the same size, use an ice cream or cookie scoop to portion the meatballs.
 - Want to make it spicy? Add 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper to the meatball mixture.
 - If the meatball mixture is hard to scoop out and shape, cover it and refrigerate for one hour.
