Banana bread is a beloved American dessert, thanks to its simplicity and fantastic taste. This sweet, soft, and moist bread is perfect for breakfast, a snack, or as a dessert after meals.

Ingredients
- 3 ripe bananas
- 200 gr all-purpose flour
- 150 gr butter
- 100 gr sugar
- 20 gr brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 packet of vanilla baking powder
- ½ packet of baking powder
- 100 gr chocolate chips
- ½ lemon
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 180°C/375°F (fan).
- Prepare the Bananas: Peel the bananas and mash them with lemon juice.
- Mix Butter and Sugar: In a large bowl, add the sugars to the melted butter and whisk well.
- Add Ingredients: Add egg yolks, baking powder, and a pinch of salt. Mix in the banana puree and chocolate chips, then fold in the flour.
- Beat Egg Whites: Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form and fold them into the main batter.
- Bake: Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan. Decorate with a sliced banana and chocolate chips on top.
- Bake for 60 minutes.Cool and Serve: Let the banana bread rest for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
