Banana Cream Pie Eclair Cake

The Banana Cream Pie Eclair Cake layers instant banana pudding and whipped topping between graham cracker sheets and fresh banana slices. This no-bake dessert develops a layered, creamy texture and mellow banana flavor after chilling. The graham crackers soften slightly while holding gentle structure, creating a convenient and indulgent treat that requires no oven time, suitable for potlucks or family desserts.

Description

The Banana Cream Pie Eclair Cake starts by mixing instant banana cream pudding with milk and part of the whipped topping to form a rich filling. Layers of graham cracker squares alternate with pudding and thinly sliced bananas to build the cake structure. The top is finished with a thick spread of whipped topping and additional banana slices. Chilling for at least four hours allows the graham crackers to absorb moisture and soften into a cake-like consistency while maintaining gentle firmness. The resulting dessert offers creamy banana filling with sweet, tender layers and the crisp banana slices adding mild fruit texture. This straightforward assembly without baking makes it a convenient and tasty choice for gatherings.
