Ingredients
- 2 cups of leftover roasted chicken shredded
- ½ cup of barbecue sauce more if desired

Instructions
- Make the roasted chicken, homemade barbecue sauce, and coleslaw (click the links for the recipes).
- Shred the roasted chicken then toss it with some of the barbecue sauce in a pan over low heat.
- Cook in a saucepan over medium heat for 5 minutes or until the chicken is warm.
- Place the meat on a hamburger bun followed by a big scoop of coleslaw; place the top of the hamburger bun on and serve immediately. Enjoy.
