Enjoy a healthy berry smoothie made with Greek yogurt, baby kale, banana, chia seeds, and almond milk.

Ingredients
- 1 cup baby kale
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 heaping cup frozen mixed berries
- ¼ cup non-fat Greek yogurt (4 Tbsp; can be any type of yogurt)
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 ¼ cup almond milk

Instructions
- Gather all the ingredients.
- Put baby kale, banana, frozen mixed berries, yogurt, chia seeds, and almond milk in an electric blender/mixer or NutriBullet.
- Blend until all the ingredients are combined and smooth. Pour into 2 tall glasses.
