Best Ever Green Chile Artichoke Dip

Green chile artichoke dip is deliciously rich, creamy, and cheesy. Green chiles and artichokes are combined to make a slightly spicy and savory dip you won’t be able to stop eating. It’s oven baked then broiled until the cheese is caramelized and bubbly.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • ½ cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 14 oz artichoke heart quartered, drained, chopped, canned
  • 1 4 oz green chile canned, drained

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
  2. In a baking dish add cream cheese, mayo, garlic, ¼ cup parmesan cheese, artichoke hearts and green chiles. Stirring is not necessary. Bake for 15 minutes.
  3. Once done remove from the oven and stir well. Top with the remaining ¼ cup cheese and broil on high for 5 minutes. Serve warm with chips
