This juice recipe starts by scooping fresh passion fruit pulp, including seeds, into a blender with water and optional sugar. Blending extracts the flavor and juice from the pulp and seeds. Straining the juice through a fine sieve removes seed pieces, resulting in a smooth, drinkable liquid.

Ingredients
- 6 piece passion fruit
- 3 cups water
- 3 Tablespoons sugar optional, taste test to adjust

Instructions
- Keep a bowl ready to collect the fruit pulp and another to collect the shells. Cut the passion fruits into two.
- Scoop out the pulp with the seeds with a spoon and collect in the prepared bowl. Discard the shells.
- Place the fruit pulp with seeds into a blender jar. *See notesAdd water and sugar.
- Blend to a smooth juice.
- Take a fine strainer and strain your juice. That way the seed pieces will be collected.
- Pour the juice into a glass and serve with ice cooled.

- You can adjust sugar amount to control the juice's sweetness based on the passion fruit variety used.
- Blending pulp with seeds and then straining is a quick way to separate seeds without losing much pulp.
