- 150 g vanilla ice cream softened

To serve
- Lotus Biscoff biscuits crushed
- Whipped Cream
- Biscoff spread slightly melted
Instructions
- Add 150 g Vanilla ice cream, 450 ml semi-skimmed milk and 4 tablespoon Biscoff spread to a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Finish off with Whipped cream, crushed Lotus Biscoff biscuits and melted Biscoff spread (all optional).
