To serve

  • Lotus Biscoff biscuits crushed
  • Whipped Cream
  • Biscoff spread slightly melted

Instructions

  1. Add 150 g Vanilla ice cream, 450 ml semi-skimmed milk and 4 tablespoon Biscoff spread to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Finish off with Whipped cream, crushed Lotus Biscoff biscuits and melted Biscoff spread (all optional).
