A fresh and flavorful Italian cream soda using fresh blackberries and a vanilla flavor syrup.

Ingredients
- ice
- 8 ounces seltzer water
- 3 blackberry mashed with a fork
- ⅓ cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 Tbs vanilla sugar free, flavoring syrup, French variety
Instructions
- Fill glass with ice
- Pour seltzer water over the ice and add in mashed blackberries. Give the drink a stir.
- Add in the heavy whipping cream and flavor syrup
- Stir, garnish with fresh fruit if desired
- Enjoy
