This blue margarita is tequila, blue curacao, lime juice and agave syrup, all mixed together to form a colorful and refreshing cocktail. A quick and easy twist on the classic margarita recipe!

Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons coarse sanding sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1½ ounces tequila blanco
- 1½ ounces blue curacao
- 1 ounce lime juice
- ½ ounce agave syrup
- lime slices and mint sprigs for garnish

Instructions
- Place the sugar and salt on a small plate and stir to combine.
- Dip the rim of a glass in water, then put the rim of the glass into the plate of salt and sugar. Turn the glass to coat the rim, then place the glass upright.
- Add ice to a cocktail shaker, then pour in the tequila, blue curacao, lime juice and agave syrup.
- Seal the shaker, then shake to combine. Add ice to the glass, then strain the drink into the glass.
- Add a slice of lime and mint sprig for garnish, then serve.
Notes
- This recipe makes one drink. You can adjust the number of servings in the recipe card if you need to serve more people, and the ingredient amounts will recalculate.
- Don't have a cocktail shaker? Use a mason jar instead!
