  • 1 1/2 cups Mango 250 grams, chopped, frozen
  • 1 cup banana 150 grams, chopped, frozen
  • 3/4 cup coconut milk 6 fl oz, Thai Kitchen Lite brand, divided quantity
  • 2 coops collagen powder 22 grams
  • 1/2 tbsp butterfly pea powder

Instructions

  1. Freeze half of the coconut milk into ice cubes.
  2. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Add a little more coconut milk if needed to blend completely.
