This super simple Blueberry Vinaigrette only requires 5 simple ingredients! It’s a sweet dressing that is a household favourite! This homemade vinaigrette comes together in only a couple of minutes and brightens up any salad.

Ingredients
- 1 cup blueberries
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- ⅛ tsp salt or to taste
- ⅓ cup olive oil
Instructions
- To a blender or food processor, add all of the ingredients. Blend until combined.
- Store in an airtight container if not used immediately.

- Feel free to add a bit more water to thin out the dressing.
- If the dressing solidifies in the fridge, you may have to mix or blend it again.
