  • water amount as called for on box
  • Greek yogurt use in half the amount of oil called for on box
  • 1 egg white

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven as instructed on box and prepare baking pan as instructed on box.
  2. Combine ingredients and mix until just combined, do not over mix.
  3. Pour into prepared pan. 
  4. Bake according to package directions.
  5. Remove from oven and let cool, slice and serve.

Notes

  • When substituting oil with Greek yogurt, use half the amount of yogurt as the oil called for in the mix.
  • Plain, non-fat Greek yogurt works best; flavored yogurts may add extra sugar.
  • Use a plastic knife to cut the cooled brownies cleanly without crumbling.
