- 1 lb pasta cooked al dente. Choose the shape and type you prefer.
- 1 cup pasta water reserve after the pasta has finished cooking
- 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons fresh basil
- 1 burrata cheese torn or cut apart
- 1/2 teaspoon chilli flakes optional
- 1/4 teaspoon salt and pepper to taste
