Made with simple ingredients and not too much mess, these sweet and creamy lemon-lime drinks are sure to be a hit with everyone, kids and adults alike. No one can resist the combination of flavors and the foamy texture.

Ingredients
- 1 tick (4 oz) unsalted butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 1/2 cups lemon-lime soda
- ice
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan over medium-low heat, melt butter.
- When the butter is melted, add brown sugar, salt, and vanilla extract. Whisk to combine.
- Cook mixture, stirring frequently, until the brown sugar is completely dissolved, 5 to 7 minutes.
- Whisk in the heavy whipping cream and continue to cook for 1 minute more.
- Allow mixture to cool to room temperature, 15 to 30 minutes.
- Fill 8 large glasses halfway with ice. When cool, divvy mixture between the glasses.
- Slowly top with soda, be careful not to overfill, as the mixture will bubble and foam! Stir to blend and enjoy.
