- 1 cup yellow cake mix
- 8 cups rice chex cereal
- 8 ounces white melting chocolate
- 2 tablespoons Rainbow sprinkles
- ¼ cup powdered sugar

Instructions
- Spread the yellow cake mix in an even layer on a rimmed baking sheet. Bake at 350°F for 5 minutes, or until the temperture reaches 160°F. This will prevent possible foodborne illness from consuming raw flour. Set aside to cool.
- Pour the rice Chex in a large bowl.
- Melt the white chocolate according to package directions.
- Pour the melted white chocolate over the Chex, and gently stir to fully coat the Chex.
- Wait a couple of minutes for the chocolate to cool slightly, then gently stir in the sprinkles.
- Add in the yellow cake mix and powdered sugar, and gently toss the Chex to fully coat them in the mixture.
