Four ingredients are all you need to make this Cantaloupe Sorbet! Sweet, refreshing and perfect for an easy summer dessert!

Ingredients
- 6 cups cubed cantaloupe, chilled
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar, use more or less depending on taste
- 1 lime, juiced
- 2 tablespoons vodka

Instructions
- Place all of ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Chill the mixture completely in the refrigerator. If the cantaloupe mixture has separated, whisk or blend again it until combined.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared ice cream maker and freeze according to the manufacturers instructions. Scoop the sorbet into a freezer safe container and freeze for several hours before serving.
Notes
- Be sure to place the ice cream maker bowl in the freezer the night before making the sorbet to ensure that it is frozen and works properly.
