- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp oregano
- 5 large cloves of garlic, minced

- guacamole **Click recipe link up above for the recipe
- cotija cheese, crumbled
Instructions
Marinade:
- Combine all of ingredients in a large zip lock bag; seal & shake well. Add the flank steak and seal.
- Marinate in the refrigerator 6-24 hours.
- Meanwhile, make the Guacamole (see recipe here), Roasted Tomato Salsa (see recipe here), Onion, Lime & Cilantro relish (see recipe here).
Tacos:
- Grill steak on a hot grill or in a grill pan over medium-high heat, for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until desired degree of doneness.
- LET THE MEAT REST FOR AT LEAST 10 MINUTES before slicing! Once the meat has cooled, slice ACROSS grain into small chunks.
- Cook tortillas over an open flame or in a (dry)hot pan for 45-60 seconds on each side. You want them warm, soft, & pliable.
- Top the warm tortilla with some meat, onion relish, salsa, guacamole, and cheese. Enjoy.
