These Carrot Cake Bars are a wonderful snack to make for a great little snack or even a no guilt dessert.

Ingredients
- 1 cup oat flour
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ⅛ teaspoon all spice
- ⅛ teaspoon nutmeg
- ⅓ cup liquid egg whites
- ⅓ cup honey or agave nectar
- 8 ounces baby food carrots
- ¼ cup plain greek yogurt
- ¼ cup unsweetened almond milk

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Grease an 8x8 baking dish with coconut oil
- Mix all dry ingredients together
- In a separate bowl, whisk carrots, agave, egg whites, yogurt, and almond milk.
- Add wet ingredients to dry and mix well
- Bake for 30 - 40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Store in refrigerator in an air tight container for up to a week.
