Toppings

Instructions

  1. To the bowl of a stand mixer with the dough hook attachment, add 3 cups of flour, dry yeast, sugar, egg, and salt. Mix to combine.
  2. Heat milk until warm (110°F-115°F).
  3. Add warm milk to the flour mixture. Knead for 2 minutes at medium speed, stopping to scrape the sides of the bowl as needed.

  7. When ready, remove the plastic wrap and punch down the dough.
  8. Spray a 9×13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  9. Divide the dough into 12 equal-sized pieces and shape into balls. Place into the prepared baking dish.
  10. Cover the rolls with plastic wrap and let them rise for 30 minutes, or until doubled in size.
  11. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  12. Bake the rolls for 22-27 minutes, or until golden brown.
  13. In a small bowl, combine melted butter, garlic, and chives. Brush the warm rolls with the garlic butter mixture.
