Instructions
Step No.1: Melt the Chocolate
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring after each until smooth. Mix in the softened cream cheese and vanilla extract until well combined.
Step No.2: Coat the Cereal
- Place the Chex cereal in a large mixing bowl. Pour the melted white chocolate mixture over it and gently toss until the cereal is evenly coated.
Step No.3: Add the Cherry Cheesecake Flavor
- In a separate bowl, mix together powdered sugar, cherry gelatin powder, and crushed graham crackers. Sprinkle over the coated cereal and toss until well covered.
