Chipotle Mayonnaise

Chipotle mayo is the smoky, creamy sauce that adds a perfect kick to everything from burgers to tacos, and once you try it, you’ll want to slather it on everything. Simple ingredients get blended to create this easy to make sauce.

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice (approx 1 small lime)
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 2 chipotle chiles in adobo
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. To a small blender or food processor add the mayonnaise, sour cream, lime juice, honey, chipotle chiles, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and salt. 
  2. Blend until sauce is smooth. 
  3. Pour into a bowl or squeeze bottle. 
  4. Store the sauce in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
