Ingredients
- 3/4 cup plant milk
- 3/4 cup Cherry sweet, frozen, pitted
- 1 banana or 1/2 avocado or vegan yogurt, small ripe
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. cacao powder
- 1-2 Tbsp. almond butter (optional, but recommended)
- 1/4 tsp. almond extract (or up to 1/2 tsp.)

Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender. Blend until smooth, about 15-20 seconds.

Notes
- Sweeten the smoothie by adding 1-2 teaspoons of pure maple syrup, a diced pitted date, or agave syrup if desired.
- For added nutrition and flavor, try including spinach or other greens, protein powder, vanilla extract, or chia seeds.
- Using frozen banana instead of fresh will create a creamier texture in the smoothie.
