Ingredients
- 3 cups cherry juice
- ¼ cup chocolate liqueur rather than the creamy kind, clear type used
- chocolate ice cream topping such as Magic Shell, quick hardening
- Popsicle mold
- Popsicle Sticks
Instructions
- In a large measuring cup, combine the juice and liqueur
- Pour into popsicle molds {as directed for your particular molds}
- Place in the freeze until frozen, which can take several hours
- Remove from molds and either dip in a blow of the Magic Shell, or drizzle it onto the popsicles
- Serve and enjoy!
Notes
- For a non-alcoholic version, simply omit the chocolate liqueur from the recipe.
