This absolutely decadent chocolate martini is like dessert in a glass. Using just 5 ingredients and ready in minutes, this cocktail is perfect for any chocolate-lover!

Ingredients
Garnishes
- chocolate syrup for rimming glasses
- chocolate jimmies sprinkles for rimming glasses
- Maraschino cherries
Martini
- 3 fl oz vodka about 6 Tbsp or 1/4 cup + 2 Tbsp
- 2 fl oz chocolate liqueur (I use Godiva brand) about 4 Tbsp or 1/4 cup
- 1 fl oz white creme de cacao about 2 Tbsp
- 1 fl oz half and half (or milk or heavy cream) about 2 Tbsp
- 2 Tbsp chocolate syrup
Instructions
Prepare glasses
- Add chocolate sprinkles to a small shallow plate, and drizzle a fair amount of chocolate syrup on another small shallow plate.
- Dip the rim of a martini glass in the chocolate syrup, then dip the rim into the chocolate sprinkles.
- Chill in the refrigerator or freezer for several minutes.
Make martini
- Add some ice to a cocktail shaker, then pour in vodka, chocolate liqueur, creme de cacao, half and half, and chocolate syrup.
- Cover and and shake well, for about 5-10 seconds.
- Strain and pour into prepared martini glass.
Garnish
- Top with a maraschino cherry or two.
Notes
- Large Batch Martini (makes 6 drinks)
- Recipe makes one (7-7.5 oz) cocktail.
- As long as your cocktail shaker is 18 oz or larger, you can make a double batch in one shaker.
- 18 fl oz vodka
- 12 fl oz chocolate liqueur
- 6 fl oz white creme de cacao
- 6 fl oz half and half
- 3/4 cup chocolate syrup

- Add vodka, chocolate liqueur, creme de cacao, half and half and chocolate syrup to a pitcher and stir well to combine.
- Cover and chill for several hours, or until well chilled.
- Rim glasses, if desired, and pour martini into each glass and top with a cherry or two, if desired.
