Chocolate Mint Chip Bundt Cake

Bundt Cake:

• 1 cup butter plus more for the pan, unsalted
• 1/3 cup cocoa powder plus more for the pan
• 1 tsp kosher salt
• 1 cup milk
• 2 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 3/4 cup sugar
• 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
• 2 egg large
• 1/2 cup sour cream
• 1 cup mint chocolate chips

Chocolate Glaze:

• 4 oz dark chocolate finely chopped
• 1/3 cup heavy whipping cream

White and Green Icing:

• 2 cups icing sugar
• 2-4 tbsp milk
• 2 tsp peppermint extract
• 3-4 Food Coloring drops
